De Beeldenfabriek processes your personal data when you make use of our services and/or because you have provided it to us yourself. You can find a list of the personal data we process below:

Our website does not aim to collect data about website visitors under the age of 16, unless they have the permission of a parent or guardian. However, we are unable to verify the age of our visitors.   • Personnel administration > 5 years > Payroll tax statement and copy of proof of identity 

Sharing of personal data with third parties

Beeldenfabriek shares your personal data with third parties only when this is necessary in terms of executing our agreement and complying with any statutory obligations. We enter into a processing agreement with companies that process your data on our behalf to ensure the same level of security and confidentiality for your information. Please redact your photo, MRZ (machine readable zone, the strip with numbers at the bottom of your passport), passport number and Citizen Service Number (BSN) in black. This is to protect your privacy. We will respond to your request as soon as possible and within four weeks in any case.
