More than 700 homes will be built in Park Valley, both for rent and for sale. The project is divided into approximately 322 owner-occupied homes and 380 rental homes. The sale of phase 2a Block H started on September 26, 2024. Construction has now started.  
In Park Valley you are surrounded by nature. The greenery in the middle of the district flows into the more intimate courtyards via soft transitions. The private, natural environment encourages playing, discovering and meeting. The greenery can be felt and experienced everywhere in the neighbourhood. Hiking trails cut through the area, playgrounds are hidden between the trees. The green surroundings are connected to the existing Bergwijk Park and the canal also connects to the water in the area. Park Valley feels green, open and airy, like a city park, with beautiful homes in it.  
Park Valley is part of Holland Park. This former business park is transforming into a striking residential area with special architecture. Holland Park Oost and the student campus are almost fully developed. The construction of Park Valley will start in the coming years. In total, Holland Park will have 5200 homes with a central location near Amsterdam.
