Visie Park Valley Diemen 

 Park Valley will be a new residential area within the Holland Park neighborhood. The plan consists of approximately 700 homes. Of these, 322 owner-occupied homes will be built and approximately 380 rental homes. The plan also takes into account 1,500 m2 of facilities and a community school.
