Utrecht Science Park te Zeist

 Vita Terra, based in the Utrecht Science Park Zeist, offers national and international companies in the field of research and development in the field of life sciences and health an inspiring, green and healthy workplace.

This former TNO site, located in a wooded area on the Utrechtseweg in Zeist, will gradually be transformed into an iconic, future-proof and green science park for the new generation in the coming years.

The first building, Vita Terra, is expected to be completed in the third quarter of 2026. After that, the next two buildings, Vita Sylva and Vita Fons, are planned.
